Curatorship Applications
Curatorship Applications (we apply on your behalf at the High Court in terms of Rule 57 of the Uniform Rules for curator ad litem to be appointed, conduct investigation, provide a report nominating curator bonis and submit it to the Master of the High Court, obtain Master’s report and return to the High Court for the appointment of a curator bonis. We also release persons from curatorship.
Administration of Deceased Estates
We report the deceased estate at the office of the Master of the High Court and wind it up to the stage where the final liquidation and distribution account is accepted by the Master of the High Court. We apply for letters of executorship, and letters of authority.
Criminal Law
Common assault and assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm flowing from domestic violence, fraud, forgery, contravention of Prevention and Combating Corrupt Activities Act, malicious damage to property, reviews and appeals.
Insolvency Law
Insolvency Law (sequestration and liquidations as well as rehabilitations).
Foreclosures
We defend foreclosure proceedings and executions of immovable properties by judgment creditors and enter into agreements on behalf of clients as instructed.
